8 This is a retelling in documentary fashion of the story that has become legend of the hiding of Anne Frank's family in Amsterdam during the holocaust. There's is a lot of additional information to that provided in the Diary of Anne Frank, including interviews with many first-hand witnesses and principal players in the historic events, like their primary protector and facilitator, Miep.

Like Schindler's List, you may have to force yourself to sit through it. But like that drama, this documentary is well worth the effort. It's a story the human race must never forget; you'll cry for Anne again, for totally new reasons. Don't miss it.
